At LAPA, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Destination We currently ship within Australia only.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $110 AUD to metro areas. Orders under $110 AUD, or deliveries to regional and remote areas, will incur a standard shipping fee at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
